All sales are final. Currently, we are unable to process returns for items that are not misprinted/damaged/defective. Please review the product description and our size guides prior to completing your order to ensure you purchase your desired fit. We are unable to offer exchanges at this time.

Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Item: If you have received an item you believe to be misprinted/damaged/defective, you must contact us at support@weargoodsteward.com prior to making any attempts at returning the items.

In your initial email, please submit an explanation of the issue with the item(s) along with 2-3 clear and well-lit photos showing the problem. We recommend including one full shot of the item and 2 different angles of the issue. It's important that you include the photos of the issue in your initial email so we can work on resolving your issue as quickly as possible.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address during checkout that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our manufacturer's facility. Good Steward Christian Apparel is not liable for this error and any returns to the manufacturer will be donated to charity.

Unclaimed Shipments - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our manufacturer's facility and will not be eligible for a refund. Good Steward Christian Apparel is not liable for this error and any returns to the manufacturer will be donated to charity.

By purchasing on this site, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity, without us issuing a refund.
