How long will it take for my order to ship?

Since we do not keep excess inventory, each order has to be printed or manufactured after your purchase is complete. Order processing and fulfillment can take between 3-7 business days. This does not include shipping time. Shipping takes an additional 3-5 business days for delivery, depending on the delivery method selected at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, our items are only available for shipping within the United States at this time.

Why does the design on my garment look faded?

With Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, designs are printed directly onto the fabric, allowing the ink to be absorbed. We primarily use the DTG method for most of our t-shirts.
Eco-Friendly Inks: Our DTG inks are environmentally friendly, CPSIA-compliant, non-toxic, and non-hazardous. They are water-soluble and free from heavy metals, formaldehyde, and Alkylphenol Ethoxylates (APE).
Print Opaqueness: The opaqueness of the print can vary depending on the garment. Lighter weight garments with higher cotton content, like t-shirts, result in a more opaque print. On the other hand, heavier weight garments, such as sweatshirts and hoodies, have thicker fabric that absorbs the water-based ink more, leading to a less opaque print. This can cause the garment to show through the design slightly.
We hope this explanation helps you understand why some designs may appear faded when you first receive them.

Why does my item have a vinegar-like smell and/or yellow cast?

When you unpack a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white or yellowish residue. This is completely normal and results from a fixation agent used during the printing process.
The fixation agent, also known as pre-treatment, is essential for all DTG prints. It helps the ink bond with the fabric to prevent it from flaking off.
To remove the smell and residue, simply wash the garment. These issues are not permanent and should disappear after one wash. If the smell or residue persists after the first wash, you must contact us at support@weargoodsteward.com prior to making any attempts at returning the items. You can find more details about our process for misprinted/damaged/defective items in our Return Policy.
